rationale:
Most event frameworks are complex as are the modules that plug into
them.
I propose a new simple system, thread based, whereby used modules
provide simple standard DSL constructs to ease event based
programming.
Initial coding and testing is done. I have When::Happens
When::Happens::Alarm When::Happens::Cron When::Happens::File
When::Happens::FileNotify When::Happens::Periodic
When::Happens::Event
These cover basic events, next to do are
