Hello. I have encountered inconsistency in charset setup on pause.perl.org.
The site serves UTF-8 encoded content but HTTP headers read: "Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" So, for example, on https://pause.perl.org/pause/query?ACTION=pause_04about "Contact [email protected] or Andreas K\x{f6}nig" is displayed incorrectly, and form submission from https://pause.perl.org/pause/query?ACTION=request_id (stating "Unicode Characters OK") does not work as intended, too.
