rationale:
Executing external applications can't be performed in some
situations(for example after chroot syscall) and take more time that
executing native code. I start develop Linux::ACL module, that uses
libacl library and provide setfacl and getfacl functions. Not all
functionality implemented yet and some bugs is present, but i will
fix that as soon as possible.
