why:
I am a graduate computational linguist and would like to publish
some Perl modules that I developed and am developing. I am currently
looking to contribute to the LINGUA::* namespace mainly, since
that's kind of my profession. My (our) current project revolves
around several language-specific tools, like lemmatizer, tokenizer,
sentence-splitter a.s.f.
