rationale:
This module allows reading of a mulitpart MIME format document.
Several application/x- content types are supported (and more to
follow) that allow inclusion of MarkdownTk documents (each will be
added to a Tk::Notebook), data in YAML (and eventually other)
format, Tk::Menu construct in YAML format, and of course perl.
All this allows document-driven application writing.
