Some Perl modules using REST are a sub namespace of the REST
namespace: REST::Google, REST::Neo4p.
REST::USPS uses Modern Perl practices to provide an object-oriented
interface to the USPS Electronic Product Fulfillment website
(https://epf.usps.gov/) via their exposed API.
While this module is copyrighted by TechSafari (current employer),
I've convinced them that we need to give back to the open source
community, no matter how small that contribution may be.
