rationale:
This module makes writing "shell-script-like" Perl scripts easier
by importing many useful functions from the core modules. The
imports are mostly from the File::* group of modules, plus several
other helpful modules such as Getopt::Std and Data::Dumper. The
Shell::Tools::Extra package imports several useful CPAN modules,
such as Try::Tiny, Path::Class, and File::Find::Rule; it also gives
access to the IPC::Run3::Shell module's ability to create Perl
functions that call system commands.
So overall the intention is for users to only have to say "use
Shell::Tools;" at the top of a script without having to import many
individual modules/functions.
