     why:

Hello, I've been using Perl for medium- to big-sized projects
during the last 10+ years. During these years I've been using CPAN
and MetaCPAN to read modules' documentation which I find sometimes
lacking of examples or just incomplete.

While I consider myself a fair programmer I'd like to contribute
    first on that realm.

The most immediate case I can think about comes after the fact that
as of 2019 I've been involved in a project which connects to Oracle
    DBs.

While the DBD::Oracle module contains a troubleshooting section to
install it in Cygwin environments, I find it quite outdated and in
fact took me several hours (and investigation on my own) to manage a
    successful installation.

I'd like to expand the current documentation and test cases in
order to unblock some other users that might be suffering as I was.

That would be my first goal, but of course, I'd like to stay
productive and to add value to more and more modules across time,
    either coding, testing or documenting.

    Best Regards, Miguel T
