why:
I believe that some of the code modules I've written for
personal/corporate use would have benefit to the overall perl
community. Initially, I plan to release Config::Structured and a
related Mojolicious plugin, which provide a single interface to
configuration values which are sourced from a configuration file,
environment variables, and/or a value file (such as a docker secrets
file)
