I'm planning on doing a Perl port of the Analytic Hierarchy Process
module that runs on R. This would best fit in the Math::* or
Statistics::* namespaces.
The Analytic Hierarchy Process is a multi-objective decision
procedure that computes the relative importance of multiple
qualitative factors via pairwise comparisons.
