why:
I've been writing Perl for over 20 years so it's probably about
time I put some code on CPAN. I usually write dodgy code for
bioinformatics that is only useful to a handful of people, but
yesterday I wrote something more generic for reordering data in TSV
files (the lingua franca of bioinformatics) because I couldn't do it
with command line tools and couldn't find anything suitable on CPAN.
