I'm the author of swaks (https://github.com/jetmore/swaks/), a
pure-perl smtp testing script. A user requested having swaks
available via CPAN and after some consideration I see the value in
it (for instance, easy installation on windows and other OS that
don't have swaks packaged already (OpenSUSE, for instance). Thanks
