Uploaded Module of DBD::DB2 1.88 Not visible in CPAN
With situations like this, the first thing to do is check whether your release
made it into the CPAN Index. You can download the index from:
http://www.cpan.org/modules/02packages.details.txt.gz
This shows that your release was successfully indexed by CPAN:
% grep DBD-DB2 02packages.details.txt
Bundle::DBD::DB2 1.88 R/RO/ROCKETDB/DBD-DB2-1.88.tar.gz
DBD::DB2 1.88 R/RO/ROCKETDB/DBD-DB2-1.88.tar.gz

Next I’d go look at the MetaCPAN recent releases page:
https://metacpan.org/recent
Wait for a little while after your release, and see if it shows up there. If
not, then it suggests a MetaCPAN issue, not a PAUSE issue.
You can then go and ask on the #metacpan channel on irc.perl.org – I just asked
them about your release.
