why:
I am planning to provide an SMS library, that makes it possible to
send and receive SMS text messages to mobile phones. This Perl SMS
library, can bu used to send SMS messages through Ozeki SMS Gateway.
It can also be used to send SMS to other HTTP REST sms services,
implementing the HTTP REST SMS protocol.
