Acme::Cow was include in the Acme-Cow distribution, which had one release by
ELIZABETH. She deleted it from CPAN and marked it as available for adoption, a
few years ago.
If you want to adopt it, I can transfer the first-come permission to you. You
could then get the original release from BackPAN:
http://backpan.perl.org/authors/id/E/EL/ELIZABETH/Acme-Cow-0.1.tar.gz
You could bump the version to 0.2 and do a release to CPAN.
