Hello, I've just released gnutls 0.5.3. This release it includes a fix to allow an OpenPGP-only website to be operated, as well as an increase to the number of iterations allowed in gnutls_handshake().
The latter should affect mod_proxy configurations, thus I'd appreciate any reports from people who use it. My main priority for the 0.5.x branch is to close the open incompatibility with mod_proxy.
