rationale:
It's similar to Net::FTP in that it provides an implementation of a
file-transfer protocol; but the protocol here is Secure File
Transfer Protocol, file transfer built on top of secure SSH
connections.
This module uses Net::SSH::Perl to build a secure tunnel through
which files can be transferred, managed, etc.
I've gotten several requests for SFTP support, so I think that this
is something that people need and want.
