For the moment i just want to make a module with limited function
to manage *.msi packages file for Windows Installer. I choosed
Win32::Msiexec and not Win32::MSI because to really manage *MSI we
need a lot of functions which are not in my module, my module do a
minimal, like MSIEXEC.EXE.
