This is my attempt to register myself as contact point for the
Lingua::Zompist hierarchy. There will probably not be a module
implementing the Lingua::Zompist package; instead, modules will use
packages "below" Lingua::Zompist:: such as Lingua::Zompist::Kebreni.
Since there is no module directly here, and the modules beneath
this subhierarchy are expected to use a number of approaches, I've
left a few question marks in the DSLIP. Erratum: Since the PAUSE
upload did not allow me to do that, I'm resubmitting with "hybrid"
for Language and Interface and "Perl" for Licence.
