In general, we do not encourage two-letter acronyms as top level
namespaces. On the other hand we find on CPAN:

cpan> m /^..$/
Module          AO              (I/IX/IX/AO-0.32.tar.gz)
Module          Ao              (F/FO/FOOF/libao-perl_0.03-1.tar.gz)
Module          Aw              (D/DY/DYACOB/Aw-0.13.6.tar.gz)
Module          DC              (A/AR/AREGGIORI/RDFStore-0.42.tar.gz)
Module          GD              (L/LD/LDS/GD-1.33.tar.gz)

Module          IO              (G/GB/GBARR/IO-1.20.tar.gz)

Module          Pg              (M/ME/MERGL/pgsql_perl5-1.9.0.tar.gz)
Module          Ph              (G/GD/GDAMORE/Ph-2.01.tar.gz)
Module          QT              (C/CD/CDAWSON/Smil-0.72.tar.gz)
Module          Qt              (A/AW/AWIN/PerlQt-2.105.tar.gz)

Module          re              (G/GS/GSAR/perl-5.6.1.tar.gz)
24 items found

But note, that only 9 are in the module list and these are rather old.

Don't you have a nicer top-level idea? Maybe Tasks::RT?
