Hi,
There is already Net::Domain namespace, so TLD fits nicely
underneath as Net::Domain::TLD we could for example have
Net::Domain::Host, etc... where each child class of Net::Domain
would provide some specific functionality when dealing with diffrent
aspects of the domain name. Net::Domain::TLD does this it provides
the user with ability to deal with TLD aspect of the domain name.
