This module hooks into the Apache webserver and provides a very
simple means of establishing a simple Wiki server without external
software (aside from Apache::MiniWiki and the appropriate Perl
packages). This is a first standalone implementation. I will expand
in the future with Apache::Wiki which will be the root for general
Wiki functionality.
