rationale:
The reason for choosing 'Format::Data' is I will be releasing
subsequent versions of Dbf2pdf broken down into smaller pieces. For
instance, I'm working on a module to take data from an array of
hashes and convert it to a PDF report. Dbf2Pdf will become dependent
on this new module, and all will live in the namespace.
