Two quick questions...
1. (Name Space) Actually, wouldn't Net::Layers make more sense, since 
NetLayers would mean creating a new root domain && since we already 
have the Net namespace, wouldn't it make sense to make just the child 
name space.
2. Do I need to wait for any further aproval to release my modules to 
the name space Net::Layers?  (I have one that is of "production 
quality" -- the Net::Layers::Physical::Unreliable module working well.  
The Net::Layers::Datalink::MessageClass (or whatever I named it) is 
almost production quality, minus the fact I need to do a little 
sprintf manipulation so I can gaurntee the minimum size of 
MessageClass.)
