rationale:
This module used to be Config::Ini.
After discussions with the developers of Config::IniFiles, we
believe that it would be in users' best interest if we 1. fold the
ini file features of Config::Ini into Config::IniFiles, and 2. spin
off the registry file support into a new module whose name is
proposed here.
Other than Win32::Registry::File, Config::Win32::Registry also
sounds good.
For your advice please.
