rationale:
This module uses HTML::TokeParser and LWP::Simple to download and
extract info from an imdb.com web page. The namespace HTML::IMDB
seems appropriate enough. There will be two modules under this
namespace, HMTL::IMDB::Movie and HTML::IMDB::Person. Movie.pm has
been implemented and is working, Person.pm will be implemented
later.
