There are several modules that we developed and are developing for in-house
use that I would like to contribute as work allows.

Tie::ConfigHash # Tie module that evals on fetching allowing you to expand

CSV_File.pm Module to process CSV files in a more compact way.
Provides lookup functions and validation.
LockResource.pm Module to provide locking of arbitrary resources using
DBM/Semaphore.

CGI::ScreenState Provides a different take on persistance and validation.
