rationale:
GSM::SMS::Transport::Serial does something of what I need, but it's
too linked to GSM::SMS logic, so I want to make a Device::AT driver
(built on Device::SerialPort), to build Device::GSM on top of it,
and to make AT commands generic code available to others.
I don't know of any existent module that does just this, so if I'm
wrong, please excuse me.
