select color numbers in grey scale, web-safe 216 colors, or 24

Similar functionality exists in PhotoShop and GIMP??? This may be
used directly in a web application call to this perl module.
Should be in the "Graphics" namespace, it allows the user to "pick"
colors. Hence... Graphics::ColorPicker
Based on the chapter descriptions, I would choose 8, but it doesn't
really matter to me.
