Q. I've recently changed my email address.  How do I update my account?

A. You can update your account information, including email address, via
Member Services.  Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right of the
front page of the site.  Login if prompted, then click the "My Member
Profile" link and make any modifications as required.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. For your account security, we request that all members perform any
account maintenance including subscription cancellations via our secure web
interface.

To do so, click the "My Account" link in the upper right of the front page
of the site.  Login if prompted, then click the "My Subscriptions" link.  To
cancel any subscriptions, click the "Cancel this subscription" link that
appears directly below the pertinent subscription, then follow the
instructions on the ensuing confirmation page.


Q. How can I view the status of my subscriptions, including purchase date,
expiration date, renewal period and price?

A. Account status information is available by clicking on the "My Account"
link in the upper right of the front page of the site. Login if prompted,
then click "My Subscriptions" to view subscription status.

Q. I don't want to receive email updates from my favorite site.  How can I
change my email preferences?

A. You can update your email preferences in "My Account".  Please go to:

Q. My credit card information has changed.  How can I update my credit card
used for billing?

A. Click the "My Account" link in the upper right of the front page of the
site.  Login if prompted, then click the "My Subscriptions" link.  Then
click the "Change my billing card" link, enter your new information, and
click "Update".


Q. I'm having problems logging into the message boards.  What should I do?

A. You may have popup windows disabled.  If you have software that kills
popup windows or disallows popping up a new browser window, you will not be
able to login.  You will need to disable this software when you login.

OR 

Your browser cookies may be disabled.  Your browser must be set to allow
cookies. If you set your browser to disallow cookies, or if you have
cookie-killing software installed, you will not be able to login. 


Q.  How do I resolve an issue with my print magazine subscription, such as
confirming the expiration date, renewing, or obtaining a missed issue?

A.  Please contact the magazine publisher directly.  Contact information is
typically available in the masthead just inside the cover of any recent
issue. 


Q. I have recently purchased an online subscription which included a
magazine subscription, when will the first issue arrive?

A. Please allow 5 to 7 weeks for your first issue to arrive.
