I hope you are talking about using the relatively *new* wind chill formula. Why
not something like Math::WindChill? It is a scientific formula. (Minor point -
wind chill is two words)

When you do this this module - please allow for Fahrenheit and Celcius for
temperature input and km/h, mph and KT (nautical miles/hour) for windspeed.
