Thanx. I'll use this in future. The 'help' says:
'Submit a namespace proposal for a module to the [EMAIL PROTECTED]
people.'
which I took to mean it only applied to requesting the creation of
(upper-level) namespaces under CPAN. I did not understand it to mean:
'Transfer/Add module descriptions to the long list'.
