Perl Tk widgets that contain a printf style format string (i.e.
-format => "0x%08X") for displaying their -variable, -textvariable,
or -labelVariable arguments. Callbacks (i.e. -formatcmd => \&func )
are also implemented that can provide more complex formatting when
needed.
The idea is to associate format of displayed data with the widget,
rather than having duplicate variables (display and actual) and
sprintfs scattered about for every assignment.
