Text::TWikiFormat::SAX is slightly based on Text::WikiFormat::SAX
and implements the same functionality for parsing TWiki texts as
Text::WikiFormat::SAX does for parsing Wiki texts, though TWiki and
Wiki rules deffers greatly. Currently Text::TWikiFormat::SAX
supports the most of TWiki formatting rules and produces well-formed
XML.
