rationale:
This module supports a specific XML DTD (based on
Spreadsheet::WriteExcel's features) to translate XML to the binary
Excel XLS format (using Spreadsheet::WriteExcel). This lets us write
applicaitons that target the DTD and automatically generate the XLS
file - without having to write code that interfaces to
Spreadsheet::WriteExcel. We can even implement the XML generation
using technologies other than Perl.
