rationale:
Hi! My module Win32::Printer is developed for my job where I need
it for printing lots of vareous type of information (I have used it
for printing more than one million pages by now!). The aproach of
this namespace is to contain modules for high performance Win32
printing solutions, Win32 printer management, modules for using
number of high performance desktop printers as a mainframe priners.
It is not intended for general GDI interfacing like Win32::GUI.
