why:
I plan to contirbute a module called IfLoop. IfLoop extends Perl's
syntax in that it allows if-elsif-else chains to contain looping
constructs like while and/or until. For example,
if-elsifwhile-elsifuntil-else or ifuntil-elsifwhile-else or very
simply ifwhile-else.
