This module could ultimately be a testing companion for
Parse::RecDescent. The random data that it generates (thus RandGen)
will be primarily used for testing various parsers (thus Parse).
The generation of data for regular expressions is actually a subset
of generating data for parsers, otherwise I might have gone for
Regexp::RandGen.
