rationale:
First and foremost, the module is about IPC.
Solaris is so far the only complete implementation of the library,
so one may argue that the "Solaris::" root namespace would be more
appropriate. However, there is a (apparently dead) project
<http://ldoor.sourceforge.net> to implement it on Linux. If in the
future the ldoor project materializes, we could perhaps diversify
the "IPC::Door" namespace into "IPC::Door::Solaris",
"IPC::Door::Linux", etc. to address implementation-specific issues.
Nevertheless, I believe that the Solaris implementation will be the
reference, and argue that "::Solaris" is unnecessary.
Thus we have "IPC::Door".
