rationale:
This module is a collection of perl objects that together implement
the ISO 10160/10161 Interlibrary Loan Messages standard (currently
excluding extensions to the standard).
Many (most?) large libraries have some kind of interlibrary-loan
management system that use the ISO standard; with this module, one
should be able to interact with those system (and even roll your
own...)
Many of these systems have the ability to import requests in a
standardized "generic script" format, which is where the
relationship to Biblio::ILL::GS comes in.
The module is currently in the late testing stage, and I think it's
time to open it to more guinea pigs...er... a wider audience.
