rationale:
The module is a template parser therefore Parse:: namespace would
be reasonable choice. It may also be put in Text:: namespace however
I often use it for HTML/XML files.
::Plain is because (1) you can use it for plain text files as well
as for markup languages (it's guaranteed that no extra newlines or
spaces will be inserted); (2) the abstraction level for module user
is still plain text, I mean there is no method which deal directly
with say HTML tags or entities and (3) other are already taken :-)
