I started by attempting to write an application to create and
maintain hundreds of users in an Active Directory environment. I had
a difficult time finding a good interface or complete documentation
for interacting with users in Active Directory.
I created the Win32::AD::User module to act as an interface between
the user object on the Active Directory server and the perl
developer.
