I would like to revise this request. It has been suggested that a
better name for this module would be

WebService::UMLSKS::Similarity

Since the web services we use from the National Library of Medicine
are known as UMLSKS. This would also avoid confusion with
UMLS::SImilarity (ie this module is not a WebServices version of
UMLS::Similarity, but rather a WebService using the UMLSKS).

It's not clear to me how I can change this request. Do I create a new
one and somehow cancel the one below, or ?
