The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       Net::NTPTime
  DSLIP:       Rnpfp
  description: Gets UNIX/NTP timestamp from NTP server
  userid:      PHATWARES (phatWares LLC)
  chapterid:   15 (World_Wide_Web_HTML_HTTP_CGI)
  communities:

  similar:
    Net::NTP

  rationale:

    ActiveState's Perl Package Archive does not include NET::NTP
    because the module has proven buggy (I have experienced those bugs
    first-hand). This Net::NTPTime module aims to provide some basic NTP
    functionality that can be added to CPAN and hopefully also added to
    ActiveState's Perl Package Archive.

    I thought using "Net" as the root namespace would be good because
    the module is directly related to network functions.

  enteredby:   PHATWARES (phatWares LLC)
  enteredon:   Fri Feb 18 09:13:44 2011 GMT

The resulting entry would be:

Net::
::NTPTime Rnpfp Gets UNIX/NTP timestamp from NTP server PHATWARES
