The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       HTML::EntityReference
  DSLIP:       Rdpfp
  description: HTML Entities, for ultimate reuse.
  userid:      DLUGOSZ (John M. Dlugosz)
  chapterid:   15 (World_Wide_Web_HTML_HTTP_CGI)
  communities:
    PerlMonks

  similar:
    HTML::HTML5::Parser::NamedEntityList HTML::Entities
    HTML::Entities::Numbered::Table

  rationale:

    Existing modules don't provide the information or features I
    needed. It bothers me that many places need to collect the same
    list, and it's not generally useful.

    So I figured the list _itself_ should be available in a reusable
    form. The essential characteristic of the HTML Entities is that they
    are named aliases for code points. Everything else should be doable
    using existing Unicode features. Being just the essence, and
    providing this most basic information, this list should be the last
    time it needs to be compiled.

The resulting entry would be:

HTML::
::EntityReference Rdpfp HTML Entities, for ultimate reuse. DLUGOSZ
