Net::DNS IO::Socket
rationale:
It goes under IO::Socket::* because it's a tied handle much like
IO::Socket::SSL. Data can be read and written like normal sockets.
It's called "DNS" because it just uses Net::DNS on the backend. It
emulates a connected I/O TCP socket interface across DNS, which is
actually a connectionless UDP protocol.
