Allows simple creation of one or more Subversion repositories as
test fixtures.
Creating on-disk repos is quite simple, but my test code needed to
test against a server with authentication.
Setting up a test repo with authentication is not so simple.
Test::SVN::Repo allows authenticated or non-authenticated repos to
be created in a single line of code, and automatically cleans them
up in the destructor.
