I propose that the module is in the AI root namespace because it
handles Binary Decision Diagrams (BDDs), which are mostly used in
Artificial Intelligence applications. The name of the module (PBDD)
stems from the fact that the module is a Perl wrapping to a C
library (Buddy 2.4) which handles BDDs. In a similar way, Arash
Vahidi had created JBDD as a wrapping for Java, and the present
module is largely inspired by JBDD, as acknowledged in the README
and POD.
