My intention is to make it easier for end-users to be able to
interface with IPsonar. I'm choosing the name "IPsonar" as it seems
to fit the pattern of application interface specific module names.
I believe it should be included in the modules list as it will
hopefully save at least some developers some time in interacting
with IPsonar.
