This name is been chosen after a lot of discussions and among many
other names to express what will the module will do, the definition
of the word Rills on wikipedia made us take this decision and even
we registered the domains rills.net and rills.org for that module.
Our new Rills module which is widget based RAD (rapid application
development) or MCV for Perl developers is an easy to use web
applications using widgets and gadgets and short urls.
